Client: Pan-European Manufacturing Company

A pan-European manufacturing group was experiencing accelerated growth and rapid change in its highly competitive, fast moving market. Our client asked O" to help a successful HR manager make the transition to her new role as HR director.

Our approach

O" helped the individual understand both her strategic and operational roles as HR director. We identified and resolved the psychological barriers which could prevent her from expanding into her new role. We also helped her to develop a self concept as a director. Working in mutual co-operation with the individual, we designed a personal plan identifying deficits in her business knowledge, as well as other areas for professional and personal development.
