Client: National utility company

Our client is a national utility company which, at the time of O"s involvement, was undergoing a major restructuring programme. We were asked to provide business performance coaching to their key manager to support him through this period of rapid change.

Our approach

We spent some time understanding our client's change programme and method for implementing its new strategic plan. We worked intensely with the manager to understand both the complexity of his position and to discover his psychological barriers preventing him from optimum performance.
