Client: Global City financial institution

Our client is a global brand, City of London-based financial institution which is a market leader in its sector. O" was asked to provide business performance coaching to improve the leadership and management competencies of a key senior manager identified for a future executive role within the business.

Our approach

We worked closely with our client to understand the complexity of his business and the institution's future strategic plans. We interviewed the individual in depth and collated a range of stakeholder feedback to identify strengths and areas for development against key performance indicators. O" then designed a bespoke coaching and training programme aligning the needs of the individual with the strategic plans of the business
