Client: London City accountancy practice

Our client is from a leading City of London-based accountancy business with aspirations to be the market leader in its sector. O" was asked to develop this high calibre member of staff across a broad spectrum of leadership and management competencies to fast track them to senior manager level.

Our approach

We designed a range of benchmark analyses set against core competency indicators developed by the HR director and identified deficits in the individual's business acumen and management competencies.

We also assessed the individual's psychological profile to elicit his probable barriers to success and ability to cope with rapid change. O" then designed a bespoke coaching and training programme to develop the individual personally and professionally to enable him to achieve senior manager status within five years.
