Effective coaching

Coaching is widely recognised as a cost effective management tool to improve the business performance of your key employees.   • A clearly defined and written down coaching contract
  • Three-way meetings between you, the coach and coachee at the beginning, middle and end of the coaching programme
  • Explicit agreement of benchmarking and evaluation procedures
  • Specific agreements about confidentiality and reporting structures

At O" we believe that any 1-2-1 coaching relationship must be based on trust, mutuality and respect if it is to deliver real value in the long term. We ask for an initial, no obligation, meeting between our coach and the individual you wish to be coached. We use this to explore the presenting issues and to ensure that there is a good sense of rapport between them. Throughout the coaching we provide feedback, appropriate levels of challenge, support and relevant expertise . We expect the coachee to be committed to the coaching, to be open and honest and to complete agreed assignments on time.
