Psychological empowerment

Why is this important?

Do you believe that you have further potential to be uncovered? What about your fellow directors, managers or other employees? Could they hold further potential that could be unlocked? Could they achieve or be more? Psychological empowerment techniques can be the catalyst for taking you and your key individuals to the next level.

Neuroscientists tell us that we use between 10% and 20% of the capacity of our brains. This means that we have 80% to 90% of our brain left to develop. Research indicates that to tap our full potential we have to develop both hemispheres of our brain - the left (generally logical, conscious processes) and the right (intuition, unconscious processes) - and create a synergy between the two. We also have to integrate our emotional brain (i.e. the limbic system) with our cognitive brain (i.e. cerebral cortex) if we are to use anything like the full capacity of our brain and achieve peak performance.

Psychologically empowered people are those who have:

  • resolved past emotional issues which were limiting them in the present
  • identified and changed self limiting beliefs
  • developed awareness of their values and personal moral code
  • understood their range of emotions and developed their Emotional Intelligence
  • created a strong self image - who and what they want to be
  • identified their life purpose, set future personal and professional goals
  • developed action plans to achieve those goals

O" have developed a range of 1-2-1 coaching interventions to help you discover and resolve your psychological blocks to peak performance.

We use the latest techniques drawn from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychology, Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and performance coaching to resolve or remove psychological barriers to peak performance. Such barriers may be self-limiting beliefs and decisions or unresolved past emotional issues; undiscovered issues from the past are often also spontaneously released and resolved.
